The dashed border has a transparency property that is new to me!
The height is set in the CSS to be relative with this rule: height: 100vh;
Note that we have two different divs: "my form" and "my border" as classes and "form" as an element. The form element has the lighter aqu color. I think the trainer just made a mistake and fixed it later. He commented out the "form" element.
